The Upcoming Work of David Lynch

David Lynch, the enigmatic director with surrealist approach, turned 76 on January 20. As our favorite ethereal filmmaker grows older, we ponder what projects could be in store for his audience further. However, at the moment, surprisingly, there is no news surrounding this.

The only content we get today are his vlog updates. Creator of some of the most adored series and films ever, Lynch was speculated to have been working on a series called Wisteria but sources tell us this is no longer happening. There also does not seem to be any possibility of continuing Twin Peaks.

Perhaps what we have now from David Lynch is his legacy. If it is, the likes of Mulholland Drive, Twin Peaks, Lost Highway, Eraserhead, and more are quite fulfilling. There are three David Lynch films on our BPS Top 200 Films list with Eraserhead (1977) coming in at #9.
